1245pm- The Weekly Cleaning. I finished the cleaning, ironed three shirts, and made the call to Elsie's by 215pm. I didn't talk with Lannie for very long, but it seemed like the Brandenburgs were expected any minute. He was in the bathroom, and actually was taken two times in the ten minutes that I waited to call back. 
On the machines at FitClub, 230pm. 45" Octane (Blues Mix). 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. 30" Bike. 30" Old Style Cross. Both whirlpools were closed- shower only.
Watching a BLACK MIRROR called, 'Arkangel'. A 'chip' in her daughter's head leads to a dark turn of events. Mom shouldn't watch her daughter lose her virginity and snort drugs.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
