Up 630am; (Had a cheese/ toast sandwich before bed- very late) It's now 57 degrees, but this is about the high for the day. Temps will begin dropping later this afternoon, and teens for early tomorrow. Sleet/ icy rain/ snow in the possible forecast. Winter will recommence tonight.

Downloading THIN WILD MERCURY MUSIC after putting my ancient and battered copy on Google Play. Hope this works. I love these interpretations of The Classics!

925am- To Clinic. Arrive ten minutes before the appointment and then I waited 25" to see him. The plan is to buy some inserts that are as good as the ones that he makes but 25% cheaper: $100 vs. $400. And, I'll do another round of the drugs to combat the swelling/ tenderness. If none of this works, he's quite confident that it would be an easy surgery. 

Drove downtown to the Monroe PO to drop off the disc and then on the machines at FitClub South by 11am.

$65 at County Market on South Sixth. Home to read and finish LILY DALE on the couch listening to Art Blakey. 
Will begin with Netflix film BRIGHT (Will Smith).  A very ham-fisted attempt at drawing attention to American racism using aliens... kinda. Did a half hour and then the next, EPISODE (English writers try to get their English TV show into Americana... kinda.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
