Ate too much after eating the meal last night; after the video- upstairs on the couch an unnecessary cheese sandwich and too many peanut butter and crackers. oink!

Up 7am; bleak, gray, and cold. Some icy stuff last night, but not enough to make a difference. All kinds of Flood Warnings all over central and southern Illinois. Springfield didn't get hit, but it's only a matter of time.

Watched Netflix disc, BABY DRIVER. A really tremendous Heist/ Thriller with Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx, 'Flea', and a couple of 'newcomers' who played the 'lead lovers'. The title refers to a song by Simon and Garfunkel from BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATERS, and the opening car chase (it's a killer!) features the song, BELL BOTTOMS by Jon Spencer. The music is most definitely a character in the film. Totally better than expected- I was blown away! And, I spent almost an hour going through the bonus features.

Read on the couch THE TURNER DIARIES listening to STEAMIN' by Miles Davis; 45". Drove to the Wabash PO to mail the disc, and then hit Planet Fitness- 2pm. 45" Walk. 3.8/0. 45" Recumbent Bike (TURNER). 45" Cross. 45" Bike (JUDGE JUDY). 30" Cross.

Will begin a new Netflix series called, '7 SECONDS'- Cops on a New Jersey drug squad try to cover-up a hit and run and the series examines the fall-out; by the creators of  the Danish series, THE KILLING, and shoveled some music  to Google Play- XTC- 'Guns and Wires'/ AC-DC 'Let There Be Rock' (2 discs)/ SOUNDGARDEN- "Down On The Upside". Then, the next episode of, TRANSPARENT

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
