Th 2/15/18    Dental Crown Day; 1030am

Up 710am; Foggy with rain later. 52 now and temps to the lower 60's, but dreary.

The final half of Netflix disc, POST TENEBRAS LUX- I cannot remember a film where I knew less about what it was about.

Leaving for Westside Dental at 1020am. I was there for almost the full two hours. It wasn't so much painful, as very uncomfortable. And, the worst part was dreading that a nerve would be hit- she never did.
1230pm dropped the disc at the Wabash PO and hit Planet Fitness. 45" Walk. 3.8/0. 45" Recumbent Bike (I downloaded, THE DOGS OF BABEL from the library this morning. One of the women in the book club was talking about it, and I'm loving it!). 45" Cross. 30" Bike. 30" Cross.

Out to Walmart to pick up the Tamsulosin prescription ($15), and did the grocery shopping ($67).

In the tub listening to Jack Dejohnette and reading BABEL (45").

Will begin SERPICO (Amazon Prime). Only about a half hour into the 2 hr. plus film; (tomorrow!!), more of the doc. about Lowell George from last night. Ended up in the chair at midnight 'Stuffed and Stunned'; celebration for the new tooth?.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
