Netflix disc, 'THE BEGUILED' (645am). A remake of the 1977 film with Clint Eastwood- Colin Farrell plays his role in this version. Set is beautiful; almost Edenic. Who beguiles who? 

Then, some of 'ERIC CLAPTON- LIFE IN 12 BARS' on Xfinity. I've saved this, and will watch the rest later.

Watched a couple of videos on how to connect the laptop to a monitor. I call BLH and they have the necessary HDMI cable for five bucks, and I'll stop in on the way to FitClub South later. 

Episode #2 of 'WILD WILD COUNTRY' on Netflix.
Wrote an email to Janny about the new Xfinity account and the birthday pix of '104 years young'.

On the road to BLH and FitClub South by 130pm. Got the cable and the guy wanted to charge ten, but I told him I got a quote for five over the phone...."Oh, Ya". He gave me a completely different way of connecting- too tired to try it tonight. 
On the machines at 230pm. 45" Precore (HOW THE WEST WAS WON). 45" Recumbent Bike (began this month's selection for the book club). 45" Cross. 30" Bike. All in the TV area. Steam room/ whirlpool.

$62 at County Market on south sixth. Also, got ten bucks worth of gas on the way to FitClub from BLH; $3.26 per gallon.

Tried to watch Amazon Prime, but getting an error code '9074' on the dvd player. Netflix works, so that's the way to go. 'TANGERINE' by the same director that did 'THE FLORIDA PROJECT'. I'd seen this one before, and well worth a second look. Not "Non- Actors", but "Non- Professionals". A transsexual, black, drama-queen is out of jail one day and looking for her boyfriend who cheated on her while she was serving a month in county. The action happens in and around 'Donut Time' in Hollywood at Sana Monica and Highland.  

 At the end of the film, I had no trouble accessing Amazon Prime. I wonder what it was. The East Coast was hammered by heavy, heavy snow last night- maybe there was a connection (no pun intended).

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
