Called Customer Service Visa '4460' and realized from the recording that I'd double paid the last bill in December of '17. That's why I got the ninety dollar check.

Watched more of ERIC CLAPTON- LIFE IN 12 BARS before the dentist at 1110am.

Got to the dentist right on time and it took over an hour to get all three teeth in place and secure. Everything looks great, and then I hit the Heartland Credit Union to deposit the $90 check. Then, dropped the disc at the Wabash PO, and on to FitClub South.
On the machines at 1pm. Precore (45"- HARVEY DANGER/ BILL FRISELL). 45" Recumbent Bike (began PARIS TROUT). 45" Walk. (3.5-3.6/0). 30" Bike. 45" Cross. All in the TV area. 10" Steam Room/ 10" Whirlpool/ Therapy Pool.
$60 at the County Market on south sixth. 
Home to listen to a tape of 'Soul Hits of the 60's' on Atlantic Records; really an excellent choice of songs; more PARIS TROUT.(45")

 Watched Netflix documentary, 'TAKE YOUR PILLS'. The Opioid Crisis might be "#1", but Adderall is a very close second. To test if you are 'Attention Deficient' you are given an amphetamine derived drug,  and if you feel better after taking this drug, you are labeled ADHD, and you can legally get a script for the drug. But, EVERYONE feels better after taking the drug. Obviously, Big Pharma's greedy little fingers are all over this so called problem. It ain't a problem if the profits are good, and in this case, the money is very, very good. The film really didn't look into that aspect....Follow The Money.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
