Up 710am; Reading Koontz 4am; only ten pages left in 'BY THE LIGHT OF THE MOON'. Sunny to mid 40's with strong breezes from the north.

Watching 'WAKEFIELD'(Bryan Cranston/ Jennifer Garner), Xfinity on 'Showtime on Demand'. Almost all of the film is told by Howard as voice-over, and Jennifer Garner's character says almost nothing- she's just observed. Weak ending.

Then, a 'CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM'- crooked bingo/ doctor or pharmacist?/ Chicken Teriyaki Boy. And then another 'CURB'; Richard Lewis needs a kidney/ Eeeney Meeney!!??/ using my hand on your ass as a lever as an enhanced hug.

Trying to wait for the phone delivery, but that doesn't look like it will happen. 
I was on the machines at FitClub at 230pm, and no FedEx. 45" Octane (GIN BLOSSOMS ). 45" Bike- in the track area. 45" Cross. 30" Recumbent Bike. 30" Old Style Cross. Completely forgot about the resistance training! Full session in the whirlpool.
When I got home there was a note taped to the front door saying that I could pick up the package at the office on the far south side of town (I think that it's right across the street for FitClub South) between 515pm and 730pm, and another attempt will be made on the delivery. They cannot leave the package without my signature. 
Had a cup of instant and finished BY THE LIGHT OF THE MOON and read more of THE BURNING GIRL in the living room.
Will watch Netflix disc, 'ABOUT CHERRY' downstairs. A very different take on the American Sex Industry. Pretty young girl starts at the bottom (no pun intended) and works her way up in porn. The complete absence of a moralizing tone is wonderfully refreshing. Ashley Hinshaw is beautiful and perfect for the part, and James Franco is about what you would expect. 
Only one beer....this is almost too easy. The excessive amount of beer in the past seems to have been an attempt to fill an emptiness inside- maybe I was just hungry.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
