We 3/28/18- Contemporary Book Club Tonight; details on the 'porting' problem on this post.

Up 545am; Cloudy and to upper fifties; light rain by afternoon and continued through the night.

'THE DUEL'- Amazon Prime (645am). 'The Deplorables' would really like this concept. No need for a wall- just have sportsmen pay to murder the Mexican rapists as they cross over into the land of the free. Woody Harrelson as a murderous snake handling preacher in a corrupt Texas border town. 


 740am; 
 Cable TV Comcast arrives; done in 10 minutes.
Restarted the movie, apprehension about getting the cable back- but, went OK.

945am- checked 'port support status' with ATT and it says that the 698 number is not in the transfer/ porting process.

"Karen: The online site, www.att.com/port, will allow you to check the status of any number that you are porting from another provider to a wireless account with AT&T. If you are porting a number out from AT&T, you would not be able to check the status of this request via our online site. In the event that you are porting out from AT&T wireless or land line, the port process is handled by the new provider in which you are porting out to. Once the number is fully ported over to your new provider, they send the disconnect to your current provider to cancel the service on their end."

"Karen: I apologize; I am unable to view the land line account on this end. I only have access to the wireless accounts within this department. You can speak with our land line department directly regarding the cancellation of any additional services which you may need to cancel out upon completion of the port to Xfinity. However I would wait until the port itself has completed before doing so. You can reach our land line specialists at 1-800-288-2020."

Blah, blah, blah.....This might fucking go into next week. Maybe I should have just gone with the 685-8469 number?

Wasted time and finished the Eric Clapton bio on Xfinity at 1145am.

Home to watch INCONCEIVABLE. Gina Gershon and Nick Cage hire a mysterious stranger to be their surrogate mom- she's pure evil! A bit on the histrionic side.
Shoveled a bunch of Cd's onto Google Play during the movie, and no hitches. I love you Xfinity!....where's my fucking phone?

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
