Up 630am; Sunny, calm, 40's. Rain predicted for tonight- changed from snow.

Uploaded some films from Netflix for today's visit to LA Fitness.

'THE SEARCH FOR ONE-EYE JIMMY' (Amazon Prime; 740am.) From the early 90's, but loaded with comedic star talent! More or less a bunch of stand-up bits strung together- grungy, yet very enjoyable. Filmed in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

10am; 'AMERICAN PSYCHO' (Xfinity).

Jerkiness in the playback. Downloaded 'Firefox', but too much screwing around with Adobe. Realized that all I had to do was lower the quality of the playback in Xfinity to 'Low'. Very slight blurring, but much better than the stutters. 

1230pm; began the weekly cleaning- left about a half hour remaining on AMERICAN PSYCHO. Will head to LA Fitness and make the call to Elsie's there; checked and LA is open till 8pm.
2pm went around back and tied the Xfinity box shut with string; must tell them to fix it. 220pm at LA Fitness. My password was still good. 45" Walk. 3.5/0. (PARADOX- The Neil Young film which was little more than an odd music video). 45" Recumbent Bike (listened to GET HAPPY- Elvis; I downloaded it from Hoopla this morning). 45" Cross (more of Neil Young (some nice live band stuff), but deleted it before the end. 'ERASURE'-Aaron Eckhart in an idiotic thriller. He's a CIA 'Black Op' with his teenage daughter fleeing bad guys in Belgium. So many dead people it's not even close to believable). 45" Bike (the movie). 30" Cross (finished the film and more Elvis). 10" Steam Room/ 10" Whirlpool.
Stopped at Schnuck's for another 30pk, and home to read MY SECRET HISTORY and listen to a Paul Westberg solo record.
Snow began on the way home- Springtime Snow Shower.

 Watched, 'MUMMY'S LITTLE MURDERER' (Amazon Prime- 45"). BBC True Crime; In 2007 Elliott Turner strangles his 17 year old girlfriend in Bournemouth, England, and his mother and father try to cover up the murder. This rich family had spoiled Elliott for his whole life, and he honestly believed that nothing could touch him-  He's doing sixteen to life.

 Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy  735am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 820am (3 hits-B: Citrus Mac).  1215pm [I took 1/3 of 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total].(1-LB: Citrus Mac).  240pm (4 hits-B: Diablo's Hearse). 435pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 530pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 815pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 630am: Rain was "in the area", but missed Westview and more sunny & unseasonably warm weather with temps close to 90. {No rain in a long time & it's getting crunchy}  About 730am several 'tree trimming' trucks arrived and parked just down the street. I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road.  Th 10/2/25 8am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 10am (1-B: Citrus Mac). 1220pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 715am: {took a dump at 4am}. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
