Up 7am; Temps only in the low  to mid 70's; calm and overcast.

Watched Netflix disc, 'THE BATTLE OF THE SEXES'. Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs engineer a media showdown involving gender, athleticism, and Big Money in Sports. It's eerie how much the actors looked like the real people.

Then finished the bio pic of 'Hole' and Patty Schemel-'HIT SO HARD'. A fine rock bio, and it's based on her memoir of the same title. 

And then, began' THE REPLACEMENTS- COLOR ME OBSESSED: A FILM ABOUT THE REPLACEMENTS. 

120pm- sorting 'basement boxes'. Then, to Wabash PO to mail back the disc and workout at Planet Fitness. Far more mesmerizing than I had thought...folders for all of my vacations over the last twenty years.

3pm on the machines at Planet Fitness. 45" Walk ('LIVE THROUGH THIS'/ began THE WIRE, but had trouble; reloaded the app and lost the downloads). 45" Recumbent Bike (Naked Lunch soundtrack with Ornette Coleman/ THE PURPLE SAGE). 45" Cross (more WIRE). 30" Walk (finished interview with Willem Dafoe and began the interview with Holly Hunter). 30" Cross....the order is fucked up, but I did 3 hrs 15" on the machines, and biked the fuck home.

In the tub with 3 beers and listened to some Prince/ THE PURPLE SAGE.

Finished, 'The Replacements' documentary on Amazon Prime, and then I began 'WHO IS LYDIA LOVELESS', another rock bio from Amazon Prime.  She's on Bloodshot Records....one more beer, and already got one of her albums on Amazon Music.

I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road.  Th 10/2/25 8am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 10am (1-B: Citrus Mac). 1220pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 715am: {took a dump at 4am}. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
