Up 8am; 80 early, and temps and humidity is building steadily. The next few days are going to be brutal.

Anxious about the new blood blister, and why won't the cds copy?

Started, 'FELONY' (Amazon Prime) While driving tipsy, an Australian detective knocks a kid off his bicycle and puts him in a coma. He attempts a cover-up.

10am called the dentist about the new blood blister, and I'll see her at 330pm this afternoon.

Plan is to hit the 'Y', and leave straight from there. 1130am on the machines at the Y. 45" Walk (music). 45" Recumbent Bike (THE NARROWS). 45" Cross (music). 30" Bike (read). 30" Cross (music). 20" Walk. I listened to the three cds that I got from the library, and the Hoopla of Lucinda Williams. Shower/ and to Westside right at 330pm.

I saw the new black guy, and he was as confused as I was.....by Dr. Rachel seems to be sure that it's my not quite consistent 'bite' that's causing the blood blisters. I'll just have to watch my chewing.....Big load off of my mind. I went down the strip mall to see if I could get some premium beer at the wine store, but no can do....

To Fairhills and got a package of blank cds at the dollar store and a Big Buddy 25 oz at the County Market. Home to sip several and listen to Iggy Pop/ Nirvana.

Watched 'REDNECKS & CULCHIES' (Amazon Prime)- A small-time Irish construction company owner talks about his dealings with alcoholic, drug-addled workers in St. Louis. Once again, anecdotal evidence can only take you so far, and it conjures up a too blatantly right-wing slant in that the Irish owner sees all his workers as hopeless because "it's too easy" for workers in the US. The  underlying message is to provide reasons for conservatives to make things even harder for the working poor because they've got too much already.... Take responsibility!- A guide to pulling yourself by your own bootstraps while wearing loafers!!!

I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road.  Th 10/2/25 8am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 10am (1-B: Citrus Mac). 1220pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 715am: {took a dump at 4am}. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
