Up 810am; Hazy- cool, then to lower 80's.

Watched Netflix, 'THE INFORMANT'- Matt Damon/ Joel McCale/ Patton Oswalt   Not often do you see a movie set in Decatur, IL. Mark Whitacre blows the whistle on an international price fixing scheme by senior management at ADM. Although Whitacre embezzles millions while working with the FBI, his company stole hundreds of millions from consumers all over the world; Informative and entertaining with a very wry tone.

Then an episode of 'I AM A KILLER' An Antonia Texas man was sentenced to death for driving a car to a house where his passenger shot and killed a man. Rick Perry dropped his sentence to forty to life.

130pm- mowed the lawn. Finished in slightly less than an hour and on the bike to Walmart to pick up the Tamsulosin. South across the bike trail and west on Westchester. Also bought a couple of pairs of 'workout shorts'. These are actually 'sleeping shorts', but they'll work fine as 'lounging shorts'. Thirty for the meds and fourteen for two pairs of shorts. Not bad. Back via the trail behind the theaters and over to Drawbridge- still open, but the curbs look rough, and they might be back for more repairs.

Home to shower and went downstairs and read for 2hrs ('WORKBOOK- Bob Mould/ 'NATURAL INGREDIENTS'- Luscious Jackson). Finished 'THE NINTH HOUR'. The book is rich in detail, but I'm slightly confused by the ending. Did Sister Jeanne trade her soul so that Sally could keep hers? She's allowed because of God's "Fairness"?

Netflix, 'I AM A KILLER'; Seventeen year old kills an innocent teacher in a pawnshop robbery. He was only doing it because a 'Charlie Manson Type' forced him to do it to pay off a drug debt. The eye-witness account of the teacher's fight for the gun should have negated the death penalty, but it didn't. Twenty years plus in prison for a crime committed when seventeen is probably enough.
Then a Netflix 20" documentary on 'Tattoos', and then more Netflix, '3801 Lancaster Highway- American Tragedy'. An overwrought expose of a women's health clinic and the documentary might be construed as anti-abortion. People must have the right to determine whether they want children or not, and if they chose to not have a child, they have an absolute right to clean, safe, and reliable facilities to perform the procedures.
