Watched 'SPUN' (Amazon Prime) Clever and dirty profile of some grungy meth fiends and set at some of the grimiest locations in all of sunny Los Angeles; nice soundtrack by Billy Corgan.

Noon- Reading 'THE CLOSURE' downstairs for about an hour, then did the weekly cleaning and called Elsie's. Lannie said that I just missed the Brandenburgs, she cut me off by accident, and I talked to him for a few minutes and he was upbeat and unhinged.
315pm biked to Fit Club and on the machines. All Day Reality TV; 45" Octane. 45" Walk. 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. Legs/ Biceps. 15" Old Style Cross.

Read downstairs and listened to 'Hendrix in The West' downstairs. Took a shower and will watch Netflix, 'EXTINCTION'. 

'EXTINCTION' seems to be a film about an alien take-over of Earth, but near the end it's revealed that it's really about a Revolution- humans vs. the robots. And, the protagonist and his family are robots- just above fairly interesting. And then the second episode of Season #1, 'GLOW'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
