Up 820am; Breezy, and much cooler- only to high 70's.

Watched Netflix disc, 'FRENZY' Alfred Hitchcock's penultimate film, and the last from Great Britain. Very suspenseful tale about a man who is falsely accused of multiple murder, and sections of the film are droll and darkly hilarious.

No time for Special Features, but I found them on YouTube for later.

1205pm Accord to FitClub, then must get the pizza that I forgot yesterday.
45" Octane (THE MELVINS). 45" Walk (Reality TV; Recap of all the 'Housewives'all workout). 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. Legs/ Chest/ Biceps. 30" Old Style Cross. Whirlpool/ Pool.

Stopped at the gas station on Durkin Drive and got two Digorno's Pizzas for thirteen bucks.

Jan and Joe arrived right at 5pm and left about 8pm. Four 16 oz. Budds/ Talked about the usual- Elsie's House/ Father's and Sons/ The 'kids'/ One of the dogs was run over on Andrew Rd/ Dave- Chris- Cindy;   A pleasant evening.

Watched the first and second episodes of Season 2, 'ATYPICAL'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
