Sa 8/15/18- Cindy Visits Westview
Up 8am; Sunny, to 90.
Cindy called about 945am, and said that she she had some errands to run and she would be over within the hour.
I was watching the Brazilian film, 'WOLF AT THE DOOR' when she arrived.
About 1040am; I showed her the house and the yard. We sat downstairs and talked until around 130pm. She left to go to BikeTek to see about replacing the bike that she had ridden since she was nine.
#- Chris had stopped drinking for ten or fifteen years right after they married. He learned that his liver was damaged and this gave him the incentive to quit. She doesn't know what made him start again.
#- Dave lived in Highland, IL for a time so that he could be close to St. Louis.
#- Chris had a delivery job, and one afternoon he drove back from Dave's and wrecked his car. He was charged with a DUI and spent the night in the Edwardsville jail.
#- Johnson is a mess and lives in Seminole, OK? He wanted my number, but I think not.
After 2pm a couple of texts about her bike shopping. She found one for $350 at BikeTek, but too expensive. I told her to check R&M on Washington.
I finished the super-excellent, 'WOLF AT THE DOOR' and paid the Visa bill, and will take the Accord because it's getting too late.
Cindy also brought letters that I had written to Chris concerning the cassette tapes. The first one was from 1982. Can't wait to see what they might contain.
Around 245pm I called FitClub South and learned that they close at 6pm, so I drove to Planet Fitness.
45" Walk (The entire workout I only listened to 'LUNA' and 'WUSSY'. These are the two bands that Cindy suggested, and I got four releases each on Amazon Music, and I love the fuck out of all of them!). 45" Recumbent (read 'MISSING YOU'). 45" Cross. 45" Bike. 30" Cross.

The next 'JACK RYAN' (Amazon Prime) for tonight, and then the 'FIRST AND LAST' that I began last night.
