Up 745am; sunny and to mid 80's.

Lots planned: Visit to Xfinity to correct the SIM problem/ Call Heartland to find out if debit card is valid in Arizona/ Groceries/ Walgreens for laxatives (found a new brand for under $2 at Walmart)/ Chat Wrap- key delivery to Brandenburgs/ Update kitchen calendar.

Watched 'BENT' (Amazon Prime) Film Noir set near New Orleans (some of it was shot in either Spain or Italy) about 'bent' cops who weren't really 'bent', and a secret 'cover-up' involving various government agencies. Non-Hollywood film with no-name actors except for Andy Garcia. Worth a look.

Wrote the Chat Wrap and then streamed the first episode of 'ROANOKE'- AN AMERICAN HORROR on Netflix. Not bad.

Over to Xfinity (my new dentist's office is right next to Dick Van Dyke). Free SIM card and the guy showed me the best GPS app called, MAZE.
Into Walmart for the grocery shopping. While standing in a fucking long checkout line, I noticed that Walmart has a very fast WiFi connection, and I downloaded MAZE.
Home to start a new David Baldacci, STONE COLD and listen to Live Stones, and I learned that I DID NOT record over the unwanted section of tape. Probably needs to be hooked up differently, but far beyond my expertise. NOT TRUE- the new recorder works just fine. Last night I didn't realize that I did not re-record over the Live Gang of 4. It was after this, and it worked.

First episode of a Netflix documentary series, I AM INNOCENT, and then another 'THE GOOD PLACE'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
