Watched Netflix disc, 'BILLY LYNN'S LONG HALFTIME WALK'. A superior character study of young men who have been elevated to the status of 'American Warriors', but they're really just kids who happened to be placed in an adverse situation and handled it to the best of their abilities. After the experience of War, they've lost their place in 'the real world', and 'the real world' doesn't understand them either. Steve Martin and Vin Diesel in the same movie?
Watched a Youtube film (55") called, 'PHILIP K. DICK- A DAY IN THE AFTERLIFE'. Sections of his novels were read and interviews with several of his wives; with Thomas Disch, Paul Williams, Brain Aldiss, Tim Powers, and even Elvis Costello. The film examines Phil's search for the essence of reality as it degrades and crumbles before his eyes. In the end, religion and all those drugs finally got him.
1240pm- downtown to drop the disc at the Monroe PO, then to FitClub South. After the workout, grocery shopping at County Market on South Sixth.
110pm on the machines at FitClub South. 45" Precor. 45" Recumbent Bike (began 'ZAP GUN'- PKD). 45" Walk (WANDERLUST). 45" Bike (read/ video). 30" Precor (WANDERLUST- 2 episodes today; a fantastic series!).
Steam room is worthless when it's cool. Whirlpool fat wench hogging the center jets, but I finally shoved my way in. Therapy pool; a lap or so.

Home to watch 'BLUE JAY' (Netflix) Mark Duplass. Two lovers revisit after 25 years; an abortion was their breaking point- Not bad....Then, more of Steven Avery's dilemma. Awoke in the chair very late (or very early).
