Up 730am; sunny and cold; temps only to low thirties.

Watched 'THE BALLAD OF BUSTER SCRUGGS' (Netflix). Watched three of the six stories; whimsical and very well-done.

Watched the next two episodes of 'DAMNATION' (Netflix) 'The Strikers' and 'The Powers That Be' square off in fierce mortal combat.

1130am; reading 'ZAP GUN' and finished the book, and then read some short stories by JG Ballard. Noteworthy: washed up guy in south America runs into an imposter who claims to be a US astronaut and bilks the tourists. When he dies, the washed up guy takes his place.
205pm on the machines at LA Fitness. 45" Walk (WANDERLUST). 45" Recumbent Bike (Soundgarden guy/ began 'A BLUE SPOOL OF THREAD'). 45" Cross (The last WANDERLUST; terrific story and the ending was perfect- no love relationship is perfect, and there's always doubts and new challenges). 45" Bike (read/ WANDERLUST). 30" Cross (BOJACK HORSEMAN).
Home to soak and listen to THE FATIMA MANSIONS and read more of Anne Tyler.

'THE REAL SLEEPING BEAUTY' a 45" documentary about a woman who was in a coma for twenty years and awoke; (Netflix). The woman was from Kansas, and it was a lame doc. Then, a couple of episodes of 'THE KOMINSKY METHOD'. Episode #3 of Kominsky actually deals with a visit to a urologist (Danny Devito) for an enlarged Prostate (Michael Douglas).

Ran the Malwarebytes and did a Re-start; just for grins and PC hygiene.

I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
