Up 715am; cloudy, breezy, to mid 30's.

When I powered up the living room PC it took several extra minutes to 'configure' the 15 updates installed yesterday. Last night those 'pending' updates on the downstairs PC must have been installed sometime during the day.

Watched 'CHINATOWN' (Amazon Prime) Jack Nicholson/ Faye Dunaway/ John Huston; Roman Polanski (dir.); Robert Townes (writer). Absolutely spell binding! Soon I'll watch the next installment (Nicholson directs!) on Amazon Prime- 'THE TWO JAKES'.

Then two episodes of the English comedy series on Netflix called, 'CUCKOO', and then an episode (penultimate) of 'HAPPY!'.

2pm- To the bank for six twenties and six fives- XMAS MONEY FOR THE BRANDENBURGS, then on the machines at the 'Y' by 230pm.

45" Walk (Reality TV all workout). 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. 45" Bike. 30" Cross.

On the way home, at Koke/ Old Jacks, I made the turn when the arrow was on yellow/ red, and the car in the left lane and heading east on Jacks was a Springfield Cop. I thought for sure he would stop me, but he didn't.
Home to soak/ started A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES- A Mathew Scudder novel/ listened to the Spanic Boys.

Another 'HOUSE OF CARDS'...too much 'speechifying'. Then another 'COLD JUSTICE'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
