Up 650am; cloudy, warm, very windy- 70's.

7am called the dentist office and left word to get an appointment to have the crown reattached.

Watched Netflix disc VICE' Christian Bale/ Amy Adams/ Steve Carell/ Sam Rockwell    An interesting and biased look at George W. Bush's corrupt administration with Dick Cheney's heavy hand on the controls. 

Called the dentist at 1040am and got an eleven o'clock appointment, and I actually got there on time! Out in fifteen minutes and they gave me some glue so that I can do it myself...if need be. I made it clear that I would be having them doing the technical stuff (if I'm paying the big bucks).

In the parking lot I called the mower guy in Salisbury and he said it would be ready tomorrow. I said I'd be there (he's going to be in and out on Friday) tomorrow or Saturday. I called the bike shop and the bike was ready, so I drove over. 

$70 for The Silver Tune-up; $120 for The Gold (I wouldn't need it).

Home for a cheese sandwich and I almost finished 'THE LAYER CAKE', and then over to State  Farm where I met Caleb. Talked for over a half hour about insurance, biking, and inheritance. He's a nice guy and I'll give him a call when I get the new car. 

When I dropped off the bike and had the sandwich, I picked up the paperwork for 'Your Spending Account' and I brought that to the PO on Wabash before the workout at Planet Fitness; forty-nine cents for an envelope and the total was a dollar and change. I might get back $550.

'PACKED IN A TRUNK' (Netflix)  A female artist tracks down her great-aunt's family history. The old woman was an accredited artist, part of the Provincetown Massachusetts Art Scene in the early 20th century, and was committed to Sheppard Pratt Institute by a crooked lawyer at the age of 57 and never released. Her art is now revealed.

 The goddamned temporary cap fell off again!!! Before I even ate. As soon as I put warm food in my mouth, it fell off!!!  Fucking Hell.

 Another episode of 'THE AMERICAN DREAM'- 2 guys on Indian motorcycles travel the American heartland.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
