Up 7am; heavy rain last night and chance of rain through Friday- temps only to around 50.
Got a noon appointment today to reattach the temporary crown for the fourth time!
Watched Netflix disc, 'LETTERS FROM BAGHDAD' A biopic of the author and British expert on the Middle East, Gertrude Bell. Actual film footage from early 20th century really was effective and Tilda Swinton was the voice of Gertrude Bell.
Watched the last half of the first episode of 'HOOKED' (Amazon Prime).
Read and scanned the news about the release of the Mueller Report.
1130am: left for the dentist.
I arrived about 1140 am (for some reason the traffic signals were out at Koke and Old Jacks?) and I saw Melissa getting into her car right next to me when I went into the dentist.... Hi! Hi!.
The technician made the temp much lower than surrounding teeth thinking that this might help it stay in place. Hope it works (I actually suggested this).
Stopped at the station on Durkin for a sixteen dollar fill up and bought two fifteen packs of 8% beer.
Home for a bowl of 'peanut/ cabbage casserole' and I watched the last hour of 'THE PERFECT STORM' (Amazon Prime). Then about 20" of the band, 'Chicago' bio-pik on Netflix.
To the chiropractor at 230PM.
I met with Dr. Pat and he had two plans; one was $300 and one was $500. First is 'treatment' plus yoga, and the second is 'treatment', yoga, and exercise by a specialist. I told him that I'd check what my health clubs might offer, and I might be back. I will call around, but I might be back....
