Tu 4/16/19- Chiropractor 230pm.

Up 7am; partly sunny with temps to mid 70's; Spring Sprang?

Watched Netflix disc, 'THE FAVORITE'   "A sweet and beguiling confection with a deliciously poisoned center". Based on the relationship between Queen Anne of England, Sarah Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough, and Abigail Masham, Baroness Masham; Olivia Colman, Emma Stone, Rachel Weisz. The film contains an especially weird soundtrack, and a dizzying array of costumes and whacky set designs.

Then, 'CATCH ME DADDY' (Amazon Prime) A young couple flee Leeds to hide in rural West Yorkshire. The girl's Pakistani father sends some thugs to get them back, and mayhem ensues; moody, high energy thriller, but the accents were so pronounced that subtitles were imperative.

Plan to leave for the chiropractor at 215pm for the 3pm appointment (need a half hour to fill out paperwork?).
Actually, there was a lot of paperwork. Much of it I didn't complete, and no questions were asked. The therapist was a very competent and professional young man and I'll give him at least a couple of appointments. Today was the initial adjustment and overall appraisal, and on Thursday I go back and see what he's decided on some kind of treatment plan. I might scrap the whole deal if I feel that I am in alignment and maybe what I really need is a personal trainer that specializes in stretching.

3pm on the machines at Planet Fitness. 45" Walk (BLACK SUMMER). 45" Recumbent Bike (read 'HITMAN'). 45" Cross (BLACK SUMMER). 30" Walk (BLACK SUMMER). 30" Cross (OFF CAMERA- Joey King).

Home to soak and listen to a compilation from Huh! Magazine and more Keller stories.

A 26" short called 'Oleander' (Amazon Prime). A short film about a couple whose lives are blown apart by the birth of their child. But, I don't know if there really was a baby....but, the guy was in jail at the beginning? It seemed like the woman lost the baby, but why were all the screams of a newborn? One should watch it again, but I ain't got the time-time.

Began 'THE PERFECT STORM' (Amazon Prime) The 'perfect' movie to watch in two parts. It's building toward the obvious climax.
