Up715am; light rain early, cloudy to 60.

Xfinity Is Back!!! Watched 'THE 15:17 TO PARIS' (Xfinity)   One of the strangest movies of all time! Based on an actual event- In 2015 three American friends subdue a terrorist on a train while on vacation in Europe. The film tracks their journey from middle school to the day of their heroism; "My God is bigger than your statistics", "I went to war to save lives", "I didn't want my friends and family to find out that I died hiding under a desk", "Black people don't exactly hunt in the leisure time", and all of the 'toy weaponry' is seen as a normal (noble?) part of childhood. The three heroes, and the Frenchman that was wounded, all play themselves in the film! Strange as Hell!!!

1015am: Began the preparation for tonight's meeting. Computer on sleep and I'm skimming, 1045am.

Finish the prep-work, then to FitClub West- 130pm, and will leave from there around 520pm.

45" Octane (THE POLICE). 45" Walk (Reality TV all workout). 45" Cross. 30" Walk. 20" Old Style Cross.

3" whirlpool/ shower.

The book club was lukewarm about the book. Not many liked it, but most were affected: Picked selections to January.

Home to watch 'SUBURBAN COWBOY' (Amazon Prime) A drug dealer in Long Island, New York is taken over by the Serbian mafia. A very low-budget affair, and certainly no new ground broken, but excellent art work for the beginning and ending titles.
