Up 530am; cool and breezy, temps only to upper 70's.
Wrote up 'WAYFARING STRANGER'- James Lee Burke for the blog.
Watched 'BENEATH THE LEAVES' (Netflix) A 'B-Movie' about a killer who escapes from prison and continues with a 'torture/ kidnapping' agenda from thirty years before. Mira Sorvino plays one of the detectives on the case, and Paul Sorvino plays the police chief; shot in Julian, CA.
Then watched 'I AM MOTHER' (Netflix) A maternal robot is raising a human 'daughter' in a fortified bunker containing thousands of human embryos. Things seem fine until Hilary Swank demands entrance. She's wounded and claims that the androids have destroyed the world...."Your mother is the enemy of all human kind". What happens it is open to conjecture, but maybe 'daughter' will raise the embryos to become a new and better kind of human race.
Then wrote the 'Weekly Wrap'.
1230pm: reading and 130pm in the Elantra to the 'Y'.

Home to read downstairs, PLAYING FOR PIZZA and listened to a live Warren Zevon tape from Philadelphia, 1980.
Received an email from Janny that they want to come over to pick up the TV. I told them that 'The Doctor Is In' anytime between 11am and 2pm, just call or text before arriving.
Then in the tub for more 'Football In Parma' and Gene Clark/ Funkadelic.
The second 'BLACK MIRROR' of Season 5. Two male friends stumble upon their gay feelings for each other via an 'AI' computer game. Then an episode of 'STREET FOOD' that I had seen before.
