Up 550am; cloudy with showers and storms predicted for late this afternoon. But, by early afternoon it was breezy and partly sunny- low 80's.
Wrote up 'CATCH ME'- Lisa Gardner for the blog.
Downloaded 'MALWAREBYTES' on the living room PC
Watched 'LIFECHANGER' (Netflix) A very fine low budget Indie about a 'shape-shifter'. In order to live, he must kill, and then inhabit another person. All of their thoughts, memories, personality, and life force is absorbed..."This is not my first time as a dentist"; shot in Toronto, CA.
Then watched 'STORIES WE TELL' (Amazon Prime)
"In 2007, Sarah Polley discovered that her father, Michael Polley, who had raised her, was not her biological father. The story of her mother's affair and her biological father Harry Gulkin, producer of the film Lies My Father Told Me, was chronicled in Polley's film Stories We Tell". A truly great biography about how an incident has a ripple effect on all of those even remotely connected... "There is only one truth, but an plethera of points of view". I spent some time on the net learning about Sarah Polley and her biological father, Harry Gulkin. Lined up some films that star Sarah Polley, and ordered 'LOOKING FOR ALASKA' which was a book that Polley was going to direct, but did not.
1145am: reading the James Lee Burke novel, 'WAYFARING STRANGER'.
130PM: Biked to LA Fitness. Turned into a partly sunny, breezy afternoon. 45" Walk (WHAT IF). 45" Recumbent Bike (didn't bother to download from Hoopla. The Data Drain doesn't seem to be an issue. Amazon Music). 45" Cross (WHAT IF). 30" Walk (ENTOURAGE). 30" Cross (Sam Jones Interview- BEHIND CAMERA).
Home to read downstairs for about an hour; LIVE AT LEEDS/ MAGGIE'S DREAM. Then in the tub with more James Lee Burke and AMERICAN BEAUTY- Da Dead!
Letterman's NEXT GUEST- Kanye West (NETFLIX). He admits that he's crazy and probably bipolar, but feels that there is something wrong with the country because he just happens to like Trump. Maybe the reason that he likes Trump is that he is bat-shit crazy or maybe Trump's 'Tax Reform' benefited a rich guy like himself, and maybe this is the cause of his admiration.
Then, a redux of the last episode of 'DEAD TO ME' that I watched; Can't get enough of Linda Cardellini.
