Watched 'DATING DAISY' (Amazon Prime) Two twenty-something lovers had broken up, but reconnect on a Thanksgiving trip to their parents. A very well done low budget Independent.

Then 'GET LOW' (Netflix) Old recluse, Robert Duvall, contacts funeral director, Bill Murray, to stage a funeral for him so that he can confess to an incident that made him a hermit for over forty years. He was going to run away with a married woman, her husband attacked them both, and he escaped from the burning house. Not bad, but not great; with Sissy Spacek.

Then another 'CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM' (Amazon Prime) Larry changes his doctor's waiting room policy.

215pm: on bike to the 'Y'. 45" Walk. (Reality TV All Workout). 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. 30" Walk. 30" Cross.

Home to read downstairs for 40" and listen to 'JACK JOHNSON- Miles Davis. Then in the tub for more Bass Fishing Escapes and ROBERT PLANT- ALISON KRAUSS; TOWNES VAN ZANDT.

'COMEDIANS IN CARS GETTING COFFEE' Sixteen minute segments beginning with Seth Rogan/(2) Ricky Gervais/. Then the first episode and a half of, 'PATRIOT'  season I.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener!  Th 10/2/25 8am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 10am (1-B: Citrus Mac). 1220pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 715am: {took a dump at 4am}. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80". Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland.
