Up 7am: Blustery and rain through the morning, then sunny with temps in the 60's.

I watched 'ATLANTIC CITY' (Amazon Prime) Burt Lancaster and Susan Sarandon in their prime! A very interesting tale set in 'pre-developed' Atlantic City.


Sent the Weekly Wrap with the link to Terry Schaefer and a request for the ages of the grand-kids.

Started 'FRACTURE' (Netflix) 1215PM: Called Mr. Meyer the computer guy, and he agreed to meet me at 4pm.

I was on the machines at FitClub West by 1245pm: 45" Octane (JOHN PAUL JONES- really pushing it since I knew I didn't have time for a full workout). 45" Walk (TV). ONE HOUR CROSS (TV).

**********I got home and booted up the living room PC....AND THE SOUND WORKS!!! I have no idea what I did, but I called Mr. Meyer to cancel the appointment and he said that if I had any further problems to give him a call.

I finished 'FRACTURE' and it was slightly better than average diabolical fun. A man murders his wife because she was having an affair with a police detective. On the night of the murder, the cop shows up to work the scene, and the murderer is able to switch guns and the cop leaves with the murder weapon on his hip. Since the state can't produce the weapon, he gets off. That's the premise and it's kind of questionable, but Hopkins and Gosling were great; with Anthony Hopkins, Ryan Gosling, David Strathairn, and Rosamund Pike.

515pm: PC is off and will read more of 'THE KINSHIP OF SECRETS'.

Read on the couch and listened to U2, and then in the tub at 730pm with more 'Korean Family Tales' and MISFIT- The Kinks/ LITTLE FEAT- from a five record box set on Amazon Prime.

The next episode of 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix). and then two episodes of  'COMEDIANS IN CARS GETTING COFFEE'.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
