Fr 11/15/19- Wellness Exam: 1130am

Up 650am: Partly sunny to just over forty degrees.

Watched, 'THE WAR ZONE' (Amazon Prime) A powerful and harrowing film about a father having sex with his teenage daughter. They live in a remote area of Devon, England and the sad film shows what happens when the teenage son finds out.

Listening to the impeachment hearings on the computer at 91.9 FM , and off to the doctor at 11am.

Everything was fine, but I don't see Ms. Fenner, but somebody else on Dec. 23rd. I had the last colonoscopy three years ago because they found a few polyps and my father had a history with colon cancer. He said that the workouts were fine and I might not need to take the Magnesium. I got a blood work done and they will call with the results. No Charge.

I drove to the Walmart on South Sixth via the interstate and exchanged the Large for a Double Extra Large....I got the last one in the store and I would have bought more in that size if they had them.

At the FitClub South around 2pm. Ran 45" on the Track; ADRIAN BELEW POWER TRIO. 45" Precor (Watched a couple of True Crime Stories on YouTube). 30" Recumbent Bike (TV the rest of the workout). 45" Cross. 30" Walk.

Home to read downstairs for an hour and listened to an obscure JOHN MELLENCAMP tape and I learned how to use the speaker on the TV to link to the phone; MONTROSE and THE MOVE.

Then in the tub with more 'WHISKEY WHEN WE'RE DRY' and THE DANDY WARHOLS and DAVID CROSS/ ROBERT FRITH (a later album by two of the guys from KING CRIMSON).

Episode One of 'BREAKING BAD' Season 3, then the rest of the Hendrix bio from Netflix. He was really an aggressive, and awe-inspiring guitarist!!
Then a few minutes of a bio-pic about WOODSTOCK (Netflix), then a movie about meth addiction. (Amazon Prime)

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
