Watched, 'HUMAN CAPITAL' (Hoopla) An award winning Italian film that really packs a punch. Following a hit and run accident the film examines the lives of the people in relation to the car/ bike accident. In the ending credits it's explained that 'human Capital' is a formula that insurance companies use to determine the amount of a payout to a victim.

Then, 'BUZZARD' (Amazon Prime) This was a film that I noticed on Hoopla, but watched on Amazon Prime. A temp job slacker hatches a check cashing scheme and hi-jinks ensue. Not bad, and considered a 'cult favorite'. Filmed in Michigan.

115pm: PC is "Off" and will wait until late afternoon for Mitch's Lawn Service to show up or call. The guys next door are really making that lawn look perfect. It ain't raked, it's manicured!

I read in the living room chair in silence and read more of the delightful novel, 'SOMEONE'. At 330pm I went to Planet Fitness because I knew they couldn't finish the lawn before nightfall even if they wanted to. Tomorrow I'll give Mitch a call after the Morning Movie.

On the machines at 4pm. 45" Walk (A YouTube podcast about True Crimes. Two interviewers talked and a True Crime author was on the phone with them. Interesting). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read 'SOMEONE' listened to,'3614 JACKSON HIGHWAY and 'Adore', SMASHING PUMPKINS). 45" Cross (MYTHOMANIA). 30" Walk (MYTHOMANIA). 30" Cross (YouTube podcast from earlier).
Home to soak and listen to LESLIE WEST and LEON RUSSELL and more Alice McDermott.

The next 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix), then the last 25" of a live CHRIS ROCK show. And then, a YouTube video of the 'true events' of the Netflix film, 'THE IRISHMAN'. The film seems to be very much based on fact. I think that the myth of 'Where Is Jimmy Hoffa'? is very easily solved by the story-line in the film. Just go to an Italian owned mortuary/ crematorium and incinerate the body.  That seems to be the most simple way of getting rid of a body. Easy-Peasy.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
