Up 630am: Up early because Planet Fitness closes at 2pm for Xmas Eve. Mostly sunny with temps to the mid 50's.

Finished watched, 'LIGHT OF MY LIFE' (Amazon Prime) from yesterday. A decade after a plague has decimated the world's female population, Dad and Rag, his nine year old daughter who must conceal her female identity, make their way through the Pacific Northwest of Canada. He must keep her safe. Casey Affleck wrote, directed, and stars. Moving, yet understated.

Then the next episode of 'MODERN LOVE' (Amazon Prime) On their first date the guy falls off the couch and severely cuts his arm on a martini glass. The trip to the hospital brings them closer together.

930am: Computer is 'Off' and to Planet Fitness. Ever vigilant for the call from Dr. Peterson's office.

On the machines at Planet Fitness by 10am. 45" Walk (THE CROWN). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read, 'TWO KINDS OF TRUTH' and listened to NIGHTFLY- Don Fagen). 45" Cross (Steve Jones interview with Ryan Adams). 30" Walk (Finished Jones/ Adams interview). 30" Cross (OFF CAMERA- Jenny Slate).

The book that I ordered was in the mailbox when I got home. They must have sent twenty 'text updates' over the past week.

Home to watch the remake of 'JACOB'S LADDER'. A very pale imitation of the wonderful original. It sucked out all the beauty and mystery and what's left is just a jumbled mess.

*****Dr. Peterson's office never called back, but I want Th 1/16, but the next Thursday is out because that Wednesday is the book club meeting.

415pm: Called Janny to tell her that the date and time of the colonoscopy is still up in the air, and to find out what's happening on Xmas day. I am to report to Jamie's house between 330-4pm. Will do. Janny and 'the family' were going to church as we finished the phone call.

I read and listened to the living room Altec for two hours; STICKY FINGERS, BONNIE RAITT, JONI MITCHEL and 'TWO KINDS OF TRUTH'- M. Connelly.

Then in the tub with more BOSCH and EARLY BOWIE and FRANK ZAPPA.

The next 'BREAKING BAD' (Netflix). Then some 'TRUE CRIME' YouTube...murders in Albany, NY.
Then part of a BBC documentary on Poly Styrene,  of  'X- Ray Spex'. Then a 15" interview with John Lydon.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
