Up 740am: About three inches of wet snow fell last night. Cloudy with temps just over freezing.
Watched Netflix disc, 'SHELF LIFE'. A very lightweight dark comedy about office politics in a small library in Bakersville, CA. It is very similar to an SNL or Groundlings comedy sketch and the primary reason it's worth watching is that it stars Betsy Brandt who plays Marie Schrader (Detective Hank Schrader's wife) on BREAKING BAD. I can't believe it, but I watched all of SHELF LIFE before I remembered who she was after checking out the cast summary at IMDB. Shot at an annex library in Bakersfield, CA.
Sent an email to WILL FM complaining about the new Live Stream.
Checking out the Quip electric toothbrush that was featured on BuzzFeed.
1130am: Shoveled the driveway, walk, and done in twenty minutes.
Watched, 'FANATIC' (Amazon Prime) John Travolta stars as an autistic man who works as a street character actor (he's a tout for a wax museum), on, 'The Street of Dreams- Hollywood Blvd'. He stalks his favorite actor, the man is dismissive, and both their lives are forever changed. It's a clumsy character study that's probably insulting to the autistic community. Fred Durst, of Limp Bizkit fame, is the director and the production values are surprisingly well done which is about the only positive thing that can be said about the film.
145pm: Did the Weekly Cleaning, and then to Planet Fitness for the workout.
On the machines at Planet Fitness by 3pm. 45" Walk (CARL KING INTERVIEWS TAMAR HALPERN- YouTube). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read J.L. Burke and listened to THE PINE VALLEY COSMONAUTS). 45" Cross (MESSIAH). 30" Walk (MESSIAH). 30" (The rest of the TAMAR HALPERN interview).
Home to soak with more adventures in Lolo, Montana and listened to MERCURY REV and THE WAR AGAINST DRUGS.
Watched a 35" YouTube documentary, 'CASS ELLIOT- TRUE HOLLYWOOD'. There was a ham sandwich on her night table, but she died of a massive heart attack.
Then, another 'CHEER' (Netflix)
