Up 630am: The snow stopped around 8pm last night and we only got an additional fraction of an inch. Today it will be cloudy and temps just below freezing.
I watched the first third of 'HAPPY HOUR' (Kanopy). The story of four contemporary Japanese women in their mid-thirties. Themes of divorce, estrangement, and inability to communicate are developed. It's a strange presentation because the pace is unlike cinema, but more like real life....I guess this is the objective, and the film has won many awards. I will definitely watch Part II and Part III.
Then watched, 'THE OTHER GUYS' (Netflix). Two detectives on the NYC police force try to become 'top cops'. Mayhem ensues. Lots of car chases, fights, and crazy action sequences- silly fun; with Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Eva Mendes, Michael Keaton, Steve Coogan, and small parts for Samuel L. Jackson and Dwayne Johnson.
1220pm: PC is 'Off' and will read/ nap and hit LA Fitness later....Got up far too early.
Awoke at 230pm on the couch, and on the machines at LA Fitness just after 3pm.
45" Walk (PEAKY BLINDERS). 45" Recumbent Bike (Read 'THE ESCAPE' listened to THE KINKS). 45" Cross (PEAKY BLINDERS for the rest of the workout). 30" Walk. 30" Cross.
Home to soak with more Baldacci and THE WIPERS and KYUSS.
Watched the rest of the last episode of Season 3 of PEAKY BLINDERS (Netflix). Absolutely fantastic, but I'll save the next two seasons for a bit...let the anticipation build.

Then another, 'I AM A KILLER' (Netflix). An Ohio woman in 1984 kills her abusive husband, but was there more to the story? Why did she bury him in the backyard and expect that this would not raise any suspicion?
Watched an episode of , 'FOREVER' (Amazon Prime); with Maya Rudolph, Fred Armisen
