Up 715am: Overcast with temps to mid 30's. Wintry Mix to begin late this afternoon, and by the time it's over we could get one to two inches.
Watched Netflix disc,'WHEN A STRANGER CALLS (1979)'. The first twenty minutes are probably the scariest ever filmed, then it seems to lose intensity, but kicks back in gear for the finale; with Carol Kane, Charles Durning, and Colleen Dewhurst. "Did you check on the children"?...."The call is coming from inside the house".
Then watched, 'AMERICAN DHARMA' (Kanopy). Basically this is just a debate between two men, but Morris's inventive visual presentation make it interesting to watch. Movie footage from classic films are introduced to highlight certain points of the discussion. In the end neither man is right or is wrong, so maybe the style overwhelmed the substance.

"Basically, this is just a kind of debate between two men with vastly different points of view, but Morris's inventive visual presentation make the discourse very interesting and extremely watchable. Maybe the style overwhelmed the substance since neither man is clearly shown to be right or wrong. It left me feeling that I'd just examined 'Good' and 'Bad' and learned that there really wasn't much difference between the two."
1pm: To FitClub West and drop the disc on the way.

About 5pm I got to the County Market/ Fairhills and it was lightly raining, when I got out of the store it was sleeting and the roads and everything was beginning to be ice coated. $47.
Home to read more of 'THE ESCAPE' and listened to THE STEVE GIBBONS BAND and T.REX. Then in the tub for more Baldacci and BLUE OYSTER CULT and EMMYLOU HARRIS.
I watched a fifteen minute YouTube video about 'The Birmingham Scene- ELO, The Move, The Steve Gibbons Band.
Then, the next episode of 'I AM A KILLER' (Netflix). A guy from St. Louis who had been sexually abused by his foster parent lashes out and kills his adoptive grandparents. He was on death row until his lawyers got him a life sentence because the evidence of sexual abuse was not in his original trial.... Lawyers are still haggling; set in Webster Groves, St. Louis.
Then the next, 'PANDEMIC: HOW TO PREVENT AN OUTBREAK' (Netflix)...Where do babies come from?....From the stork....What kind of a pervert would fuck a stork?....
