Up 640am: Cloudy and snow beginning late this morning and to continue through Thursday night. Three to five inches for today and one to three more through the night.
Watched 'DIRTY HARRY' (1971) (Netflix). Callahan cracks a sniper case only to learn that evidence critical to the state's case is judged in admissional; Clint Eastwood; Terrence Malick and John Milius are listed as 'uncredited' screenplay writers.
Then watched, 'CARTEL LAND- Vigilante Groups Fighting Mexican Drug Cartels' (Kanopy). One vigilante group is on the US side of the border and the other is a civilian group deep in Mexico and they both wage war against the cartels. I guess both groups are enemies of the government, but they are only protecting themselves from a threat that is very real.
****Began snowing at noon, so I want to get back before it gets too bad outside.
1230pm: To Planet Fitness with watch the rest of 'CARTEL LAND' tonight.
1245pm: on the machines at Planet Fitness. 45" Walk (A rock bio of DAVE MATHEWS then just listened to CREAM/ CLAPTON on Amazon Music). 45" Recumbent Bike (More CREAM and read 'OUT ON THE CUTTING EDGE'). 45" Cross (THE STRANGER- Netflix). 30" Walk (THE STRANGER). 30" Cross (OFF CAMERA- Tracey Letts).
Two or three inches of very sloppy, wet snow, but supposed to drop to the single digits tonight.
Downstairs to read for an hour and a half; THE CRANBERRIES and THE BEACH BOYS. I finished the Lawrence Block novel and began to rock bio of Steve Jones- LONELY BOY.
In the tub with more Punk Bio and BAND OF SKULLS and BAND OF HORSES.
Watched the end of, 'CARTEL LAND' (Amazon Prime)..... Many Guns, lots of Money, Drugs, Greed, and an absence of an honest police department can destroy a country....And, don't forget the corrupt governing bodies; executive, legislative, and judicial.
Then MOBY on JONESY'S JUKEBOX.
And then, the next, 'FOREVER' (Amazon Prime).
