Up 640 am: Muggy with chance of showers beginning around 10 am and continuing for most of the afternoon- low 70's.

***A new Blogger will become effective at the end of June. Just enough change to make it difficult, yet no real difference from the old system. Why???

Got to Hoopla before they maxed out and I got 'CUTTER AND BONE' as an E-book and I got the South African film, 'FOREVER', that I attempted to take yesterday.

'FOREVER' (Hoopla). My first film in Afrikaans. A fairly standard romantic drama with comedic overtones. Nina is stood-up at the wedding altar and decides to take the paid honeymoon with her old boyfriend, Hugo, who just happens to come back to down on the day of her wedding. And, in the end, true love triumphs. About the only reason to watch the film is that it is shot on the island of Mauritius (Ma-ree-shis).

Then watched, 'MR. DEEDS' (IMDB-TV). A complete waste of time and talent. A dolt inherits $40 billion from his uncle who he had never met. He's nice, they're bad, and he prevails; with Adam Sandler, Winona Ryder, Steve Buscemi (wearing googly eyes?) and John Turturro.

145 pm: PC is 'Off' and will read and hit the sidewalks when the rain moves out around 3 pm. It's supposed to rain all day tomorrow so that's when I'll deposit the check and pick up some mulch.  

435 pm: On the street...Down Westview, up Lawrence and over to Edwards. East and south on College. Across South Grand and west on Cedar...down to S. Grand and to panhandle. Down the north side and Williams Blvd. frontage. Looped around the 'duck sidewalk' (For future reference that adds ten minutes). Up the south side road to Parkview, and down to 940: Almost Exactly Two Hours; Listened to DYLAN, BLUE CHEER, and BILLY COBHAM.

In the tub to finish the Elizabeth Berg novel, 'UNTIL THE REAL THING COMES ALONG' and listened to PORTISHEAD- 'Dummy' and HOT CHIP.

Watched the first episode of, 'JEFFREY EPSTEIN: FILTHY RICH' (Netflix). He would offer the underage girls $200 for each teenager that they could refer to him for more massages..."A pyramid scheme of underage sex".
