Up 730 am: Sunny with temps to upper 80's.
***Noticed some caked blood when I blew my nose and there is a tiny cut on the edge of my left nostril. Maybe this is an indication of a broken nose?
Watched Netflix disc, 'RULES DON'T APPLY'. A rather bland fictional account of an aspiring actress who is picked by Howard Hughes to become a star. The film is kind of a ham-fisted 'love triangle' between Howard, the actress, and the man who was hired as her driver. Warren Beatty stars, directs, and produces; with Lily Collins (daughter of Phil Collins), Alden Ehrenreich, Paul Sorvino, Matthew Broderick, Candice Bergen, and Martin Sheen. The 'star power' was not commensurate with the results...again.
Then watched, 'GINGER AND ROSA' (Hoopla- borrowed yesterday). Set in London at the start of the Cuban Missile Crisis, two best friends are at odds when Rosa has an affair with Ginger's father. The theme is 'The Sexual Revolution' meets 'The Cold War'- Surprisingly well done; with Christina Hendricks, Alessandro Nivola, Elle Fanning, Alice Englert, Timothy Spall, Oliver Platt, and Annette Bening.
***About 9 am. I got a call from Dr. Ellison's office asking if I would need a followup appointment. I said that I would wait and see how it heals. I also told them of the tetanus shot that I got yesterday.
215 pm: PC is 'Off' and carefully removed the bandage on the bridge of my nose and put on a new one. If it bleeds, I guess I'll have to go back to Koke. No problem whatsoever, the guy did a good sewing job. No bleeding.
***My blue, yellow, and green ball caps arrived and were on the breezeway steps at the kitchen door.
