Up 710am: Sunny and much cooler- upper 70's.
Watched Netflix disc 'CHRONICLE'. Much better than I thought it would be. Believable high school dialog, yet the actors looked a bit old. It would have been better if the relationship between the three boys was more dynamic. Why didn't they do something 'Big'?
Added THE VULGAR BOATMEN, THE GRIFTERS, THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, and PAVEMENT to the Mp3 player. There was some difficulty connecting to the PC, but it finally took.
Then I watched 'FLUTTER' (Amazon Prime). I was going to watch this last night, but settled on the disc. A compulsive gambler meets a female bookie at the dog track who may or may not be an agent of Satan. And, as in any good Faustian tale, he bets his soul, but the true nature of the bookie is never revealed; set in Newcastle, England.
2pm: PC is 'Off' and reading in the chair and listening to a tape of LIVE STONES from 1997. Walk to the Monroe PO later....or bike to Wabash PO? (No Biking).
405pm...To Monroe PO via Edwards, back same, but south to park on Lincoln. Across and along the south side and up the hill. Parkview and down to 940. 2 HOURS... Mp3... 'Too High To Die' ~ MEAT PUPPETS, 'TROUT Mask' ~ CAPTAIN BEEFHEART.
In the tub with Patrick Bateman and listening to STONED JESUS, THE SOMALI YACHT CLUB, 'Electric LadyLand' ~ HENDRIX.
Watched 'BOILED ANGELS' (Amazon Prime). In 1994 Florida cartoonist Mike Diana is busted and jailed for obscenity. He's the only American artist to suffer this fate.
Then watched another episode of 'THE FBI FILES- Human Prey' (Amazon Prime). Ohio man, Thomas Dillon murders random strangers all over very rural southern Ohio, until he kills a man at a federal park and the FBI enters the case.
