Up 810am: Breezy and mostly sunny with temps to mid 50's.

Watched two episodes of 'THE BRIDGE' (Hoopla). Problems getting into Hoopla, but I cleared the History and ran CCleaner and got in. I watched the next two episodes with no problems.

***A person from Dr. Ellison's office called to ask if I could reschedule the Wellness Exam for March 18th at 1pm due to the pandemic. I said of course.

***I paid the Springfield Clinic the last payment for the laser procedure.  

120pm: Parkview, Wash. Pk., Wiggins, Leland, Walnut, Williams Blvd. northside of park, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 30 MINS...Mp3- NPR-91.9FM.

Watched 'CANDY' (Amazon Prime). A junkie romance that's a definite cut above the pack. Heath Leger and Abbie Cornish had real chemistry as the addicted lovers and Geoffrey Rush stole scenes as their rich, gay enabler. The film won 6 international awards and was nominated for 17 others. 

530pm: On the treadmill... TWO MILES... Watched more on WHITNEY CUMMINGS on ROGAN and some LIVE BLACK CROWES. 

In the tub with HAYNES JOHNSON and listening to KEITH RICHARDS 'Talk Is Cheap', JOHN MAYALL'S BLUES BREAKERS~ LIVE 1967.

Watched 'RECORDING IN PROGRESS' (Amazon Prime). An odd documentary about the 'Record Business'. I'm still not exactly sure what era, but it was very 'Pro Professional Studio' vs. 'Do It On Your Laptop'. 

Then I watched an episode of 'CRIME 360'. A black man in Richmond, Virginia is found shot dead on a front porch. Interesting how they use the '360- 3D Camera' to make a panoramic photo of the entire crime scene area.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
