Up 725am: Overcast early and then rain started late afternoon and to continue all night and into tomorrow- upper 30's.

I began the first episode of 'ZERO ZERO ZERO' (Amazon Prime) and before I knew it I had finished episode 3. Borders on the melodramatic, but immensely compelling.

1230pm: ON THE TREADMILL...4 Miles and watched more of Dr. Carl Hart on Rogan, finished the 'FBI FILES' episode of the serial killer who was passing as a photographer and kidnapping girls at malls, and more of 'HOW NEAL FEEL'.

Read SCOTT TUROW for an hour and then watched 'DEJA VU' (Amazon Prime). A decent blockbuster movie with a 'time travel' theme. An ATF detective must go back in time to catch a domestic terrorist before he detonates a bomb on a crowded ferry in the New Orleans harbor. And, he's also very attracted to a woman who was killed in 'a possible version of the past'. Just enough about time travel and wormholes to make it plausible, but not too complicated to follow; with Denzel Washington, Paula Patton, Val Kilmer, and Jim Caviezel.   

6pm: ON THE TREADMILL...2 Miles... HOW NEAL FEEL.

In the tub with TUROW and listening to JOHN SCOFIELD, LEE MORGAN, MEDESKI/MARTIN/WOOD. 

Watched the fourth episode of 'ZERO ZERO ZERO' (Amazon Prime). Then I began the first episode of 'UNDER THE DOME' (Pluto) and then switched to 'REDNECK ISLAND' (Pluto). "The Red White And Blue: Redneck, White Trash, and Blue Collar".

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}. We exchanged books & Joe recommended an 'oiler' that fits under the belt of a treadmill. Melissa is now '2nd in command' at the Illinois Parole Board...
