 Su 1/24/21

855am.120pm.350pm.920pm.

Up 745am: Overcast with temps to about 40. A 'wintry mix' is possible for the next three days.

Watched '1984' (Pluto- I couldn't find it because I was looking on Tubi).  "Freedom is the right to say that 2 plus 2 equals 4. From that, all else follows". "The Law of Gravity doesn't exist. If you say you can float, and I say that you can float, then you can float"; with John Hurt as 'Winston' and Suzanna Hamilton as 'Julia' and Richard Burton as 'O'Brien'. In the end credits it said that the film was shot in and around London from April to June in 1984. This is the same time period and place that Orwell set the novel in his hypothetical future.

Then I watched a couple of segments of 'COPS' on Pluto. They also show CNN and other news channels 243/7. This is so much better than what I already pay for at Xfinity.

1230pm: Read 'THE LAWS OF OUR FATHERS' for a bit and then went for the afternoon walk.

130pm: Over to Monroe and over to the PO box at Walgreens, over to Washington east to Adams, Park to Washington Park and to the southside, on the road up the hill, Parkview, Greenview, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 30 MINS...Mp3- 91.9FM...

Did the weekly cleaning, another bong, and watched 'THE PEANUT BUTTER FALCON' (Amazon Prime).  A 'feel good' film that didn't suck. The actor with Down's syndrome told the filmmakers that he wanted to be a movie star so they created a screenplay with him cast as a leading man; Filmed on and around Pamlico Sound, North Carolina; with Dakota Johnson (the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith and the grandmother to actress Tippi Hedren), Zack Gottsagen (as Zak), Shia LaBeouf, John Hawkes, and Bruce Dern.

6pm: ON THE TREADMILL...A MILE AND A HALF / 30 MINS... More TULSI/JOE ROGAN.

In the tub with TUROW and listening to THE BILL EVANS TRIO, HOT TUNA.

Watched the next episode of 'THE MISSING' (Amazon Prime).  This has so many moving parts that it was somewhat confusing. You have to keep up on this one. Then another episode of 'THE HILLS' (Amazon Prime).
