Up 730 am: Sunny early to partly sunny with temps to low 20's.

Watched 'AMERICAN HEIST' (IMDB-TV). A run-of-the-mill 'B-Movie' about a hapless and amoral older brother who ruins his younger brother's life. Frankie gets him involved in a harebrained bank robbery with a couple of Black Nationalists who have a grudge against the banking system. The film pursues a silly premise and drops the ball entirely with an abrupt ending: younger brother fakes being a hostage and walks off in the sunset towards Canal St. Shot in New Orleans; with Hayden Christensen and Adrien Brody.

Watched episode #1 of 'CAPITANI' (Netflix). A Police/Mystery/Thriller shot in Luxembourg. 

1215 pm: ON THE TREADMILL...4 Miles at 3.4 pace and finished LEX FRIDMAN'S interview with JOE ROGAN and began a COMMONWEALTH CLUB OF CALIFORNIA podcast. 

READ about 50 pages of 'SPLIT SECOND' - Baldacci and seemed familiar. I checked the blog and I read it 3 years ago. I noted that it was corny and the price of purchase should have included a pat of butter and a shaker of salt. 

4 pm: Watched 'THE RED DOT' (Netflix). A Swedish couple take a winter hiking and camping trip to rekindle their floundering relationship. During the trip they enrage some rednecks and flee from them into the tundra. But the real enemy is the family of the young boy that they had run over and neglected to notify the authorities. A harrowing thriller, yet pretty far fetched and shot in remote central Sweden.

6 pm: ON THE TREADMILL...2 Miles and  more of  'THE CLOWN AND THE CANDYMAN' (Spotify).

In the tub with 'THE LOST WEEKEND' - Charles Jackson and listening to the PALADINS, JIM SUHLER & THE MONKEY BEAT. 

Watched episode #1 of  'WU-TANG CLAN: Of Mics and Men (Amazon Prime). Nine black rappers and MC's from Staten Island take the Hip Hop World by storm. 'PRESIDENTS COME AND GO, BUT WU-TANG CLAN IS FOREVER'...This lawn sign is not part of their brand (they don't get any money from it?) , but it is produced by a guy from Staten Island.  

Watched the next episode of 'CAPITANI' (Netflix). A very good Mystery/Police series and one of the few (only?) set in rural Luxembourg.

Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland.  Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy  735am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 820am (3 hits-B: Citrus Mac).  1215pm [I took 1/3 of 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total].(1-LB: Citrus Mac).  240pm (4 hits-B: Diablo's Hearse). 435pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 530pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 815pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 630am: Rain was "in the area", but missed Westview and more sunny & unseasonably warm weather with temps close to 90. {No rain in a long time & it's getting crunchy}  About 730am several 'tree trimming' trucks arrived and parked just down the street. I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
