Su 2/14/21- The Coldest Valentine's Day On Record

850 am.420 pm.935 pm.

Up 720 am: The coldest day that I can remember. Partly cloudy and today's high will only be TWO DEGREES! Snow will begin tonight with accumulation up to four inches.

***My phone payment was not accepted because the expiration date needed to be changed from 11/20 to 11/25. It took several attempts, but it finally went through.

Watched 'ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD' (Xfinity-Starz). Dir. Quentin Tarantino- 2 Hrs. 42 Mins. A buddy picture about a washed-up Hollywood star from 50's American television and his stunt double. This storyline is overlaid with a fanciful version of the Manson murders in August of 1969; with Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Emile Hirsch, Timothy Olyphant, Dakota Fanning, Bruce Dern, and Al Pacino.

1240 pm: ON THE TREADMILL... 4 Miles watched an episode of 'BUZZFEED UNSOLVED TRUE CRIME' ~ Three lighthouse keepers disappear on a tiny island off the coast of Scotland, December, 1800. Then part of a 'BLING EMPIRE' and then began WTF with MARILYN MANSON.

Did the Weekly Cleaning and then read '1876' in the living room.

420 pm: Watched 'THE MAP OF TINY PERFECT THINGS' (Amazon Prime)..."Objects in mirror are losing"...  A reworking of 'GROUNDHOG DAY' about two teens who find themselves in the same temporal anomaly. I wonder if this was ever considered as a romantic comedy series? Filmed in Fairhope, Alabama; 26 miles southeast of Mobile; with Kathryn Newton, Kyle Allen, and Al Madrigal (the Mexican standup comedian on 'I'M DYING UP HERE).

640 pm: ON THE TREADMILL...2 Miles and watched 'BRIAN ENO ON CREATIVITY' (YouTube) and more of Marilyn Manson on WTF.

In the tub with '1876' and listening to P FUNK, OUTCAST.

Watched the next episode of 'CRIME SCENE: The Vanishing At The Cecil Hotel' (Netflix). The body of Elisa Lam is found in the water tank on the roof of the Cecil Hotel. This series seems to overly accentuate the 'mystery' of the situation, but it doesn't seem all that inexplicable to me. You have a hotel full of poor and mentally unstable people without hope in one of the worst areas in the western world, so bad things are sure to occur.

And then the first episode of  'BURIED BY THE BERNARDS' (Netflix). Cheesy 'Reality TV' about a Black owned funeral business in Memphis.
