940 am. 115 pm. 920 pm.
Up 815am: Bright, sunny, and calm with temps to the upper 50's.
***Two Netflix discs and 'MOTHERLESS BROOKLYN' arrived in the mail.
Watched Netflix disc 'HACKSAW RIDGE'. It reminded me of the '60's Western Genre' of film in that the movie reaffirmed and celebrated nearly every questionable stereotype..."Hacksaw Ridge doesn’t hum Mel Gibson’s favorite themes; it shouts them"...
125 pm: To the Monroe PO to mail back 'HACKSAW RIDGE'. Out Edwards; back 2nd south and took South Grand alley west thru Wash. Pk., up the hill, Parkview, and down to 940...TWO HOURS... Mp3... 'Taking Tiger Mountain', 'Spooky Two', 'Some Girls'.
Reading 'THE INNOCENT' in the living room.
605 pm... ON THE TREADMILL... 1 1/2 Miles at 3.4 pace and finished BILL BURR on Whitney Cummings.
In the tub with 'THE INNOCENT' and listening to SONNY ROLLINS, COLEMAN HAWKINS.
I tried to play the Netflix disc 'THE POUGHKEEPSIE TAPES' in the downstairs PC, but it wouldn't play. Lots of scratches on the disc, but available on Amazon Prime so I streamed it. A fake documentary about a serial killer who tape-recorded his crimes. It pretends to be an actual documentary, but none of the tapes are believable and the film is poorly shot for something that was supposedly made in the 90's.
