Up 730am: Mostly sunny with temps to the mid 90's and tonight the low is only 75. The heat wave has arrived!

?! Bong Brouhaha?! Breathing 'Out' instead of 'In' and the negative effects. Smoke more than usual and I ain't getting 'used' to the usual?! (Stony interval convo with myself- "Don't exhale because I'll blow out the bowl and I am NOT developing a tolerance for  cannabis")

Watched 'DARK BLUE' (Amazon Prime).  LAPD'S top brass run secret illegal operations using psychopathic thugs to do their bidding. This happens on the day of the Rodney King verdict. Better than it sounds; with Kurt Russell, Scott Speedman, Brendan Gleeson, Ving Rhames, and Jonathan Banks- from a story by James Ellroy.  

1230pm: Since it's going to be so hot, I'll hit the treadmill today... 5 MILES AT 3.4 PACE... J. R. E. ~ JOSH DUBIN. 'Project Innocent', DUNCAN TRUSSELL. 

***Janny texted that they will be over at 3pm to move a few items. 

310pm~430pm...Talked downstairs, scratched up my lower leg when Joe and I dragged the Recliner up from downstairs and required several Band-Aids.

Began 'KINGPIN' (Pluto TV- 2 hrs. 30 mins).

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
