855am. 250pm. 925pm. 

Up 715am: Fierce storms moved through the area from 4am-7am. I actually fell out of bed during one blast of thunder and lightning around 5am.  Falling out of a bed (even if liquor was involved) might have happened one other time in my life...that I can remember. Is Sleepwalking next? Temps and humidity will build and the Heat Index will be over 100 by this afternoon.

***I have yet to hear the sump pump, but the area is still dry.

Cleaned the bong with a 'Gasoline Alley' rinse before the film. 

Watched 'HOMICIDE' (Amazon Prime). The dialogue is not so much witty as it is very realistic-  'Cop Talk' Mamet style. An excellent twist at the end. There was no anti-Jewish conspiracy and it was just two random juveniles who murdered the candy store owner because they thought she had a hidden 'treasure' in her basement. True Evil works best when it is invisible. Written and directed by David Mamet; with Joe Mantegna, William H. Macy, Ving Rhames, and Ricky Jay. 

I wrote the 'Wrap' and the PC was 'Off' at 1215pm. 

On the couch and finished 'SHARKY'S MACHINE.

315pm: On the machines at Planet Fitness. 46" Cross. 45" Treadmill.  30" Bike. 30" Treadmill.  30" Cross. Watched an hour documentary 'THE HEROIN KING OF BALTIMORE ' (Amazon Prime), and an episode of 'THE KILLER SPEAKS' (Amazon Prime), and a 'COLD CASE FILES '(Amazon Prime), then finished an ARI SHAFFIR and began a JOEY DIAZ.

7pm: In the tub to begin 'HEADCRASH' by BRUCE BETHKE and listening to THE DRIVE-BY TRUCKERS.

I began watching the Netflix disc, 'THE FATHER' .  A very strange and compelling film and I want to watch a few YouTube reviews tomorrow morning before I can even decide how I feel. Was it about a man beginning to feel early onset dementia, or was his family in some kind of conspiracy against him, or was it about a man who was finally facing his own mental decline. Powerful!

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
