910am. 210pm. 10pm.
Up 710am: Sunny with temps to mid 80's.
Wrote up 'TWEAK' and 'LANCELOT' for the blog.
Watched 'THE LAST CASTLE' (Amazon Prime). A slightly corny story about a corrupt Colonel who runs a military prison with an iron fist, but loses control when a disgraced general is incarcerated and stages a revolt; with Robert Redford, James Gandolfini, Mark Ruffalo, and Robin Wright (almost a 'walk on').

***I noticed that the charger is taking far too long to recharge the phone. I think Buddy's chewing on the cord has had a negative impact and after I workout I'll hit Walmart to get a replacement. Xfinity closes at 5pm so I hope I can find something at Walmart.
Reading 'GUNS OF THE SOUTH' by Harry Turtledove on the couch.
215pm: To Planet Fitness. 45" Cross. 45" Treadmill. 30" Bike. 30" Treadmill. 30" Cross. Watched 'ALL IS BRIGHT ' (AMAZON PRIME). Two ex-cons try to steer clear of criminal activity and sell Xmas trees in NYC. Sounds like a good idea for a quirky premise, but didn't really work. Excellent cast, yet no cigar; with Paul Giamatti, Paul Rudd, and Sally Hawkins (doing a Russian accent). Completed the ARI SHAFFIR podcast with TIM DILLON and more of J.R.E. with ZUBY.
WALMART: waiting forever to speak with a Walmart Associate and then found the plug-in cord for about eight bucks. When I got to the car I realized that I should have gotten one for the Elantra. The cord in the car is tied to the old phone.
640pm: In the tub with TURTLEDOVE and listening to BILLY COBHAM, KING SUNNY ADE .
Watched a YouTube documentary 'PRESCRIPTION THUGS'. A movie about the evils of Big Pharma and the director and lead subject was abusing alcohol and pills while making the film; IMDB- " ...director Chris Bell turns his camera on the abuse of prescription drugs and, ultimately, himself. As Bell learns more about Big Pharma, an industry he had been brought up to trust, he falls down his own hole of addiction." Some of the comments at YouTube about the film were more interesting than the documentary.
