Th 8/26/21- Missing Day

 Th 8/26/21    is missing and I don't think that this has ever happened before. One for the books!Later in the day I found it in the 'Trash' folder. Who woulda thunk?


Th 8/26/21
9am. 1110am (a pinch). 215pm. 9pm. 

Up 720am: More intense heat and humidity with a possible strong storm moving through the area early this afternoon...much later is what happened, but still very humid- 72 at 9apm.    

Watched 'THE SWARM' (Netflix). A single French mother breeds locusts  to support herself and two children and learns that when she feeds the insects human blood, the swarm approves. Is the commercial locust industry a thing? Not believable in the slightest.  

Gave 'INHUMAN RESOURCES' (Netflix series) another shot. Watched the first two episodes and it's well worth a look. An evil corporate boss stages a hostage situation to learn which of his administrators has the guts to fire 2,500 people. An out of work executive is hired to play a kidnapper, but he decides to make it real. 

130pm: Preparing to hit the gas station for lawn mower fuel and County Market for cabbage and beer. 140pm - 210pm.

220pm:  Then back for a bowl and on Planet Fitness. 

340pm: 45" Cross.  45" Treadmill.  30" Bike.  30" Treadmill.  30" Cross.  I watched 2 episodes of 'JOHN OF GOD' (NETFLIX). Religious con man in Brazil, finished ELEANOR KERRIGAN on ARI, a SARAH SILVERMAN podcast, and a JOEY DIAZ podcast. 

Read "GUNS OF THE SOUTH" and snacked (Cheese Its-  Cheerios & peanuts).

635pm: In the tub with TURTLEDOVE and listening to DELBERT MCCLINTON, THE DEL LORDS. 

Watched the first 47" of Netflix disc 'JOHN ADAMS'. I never knew that John Adams was the defense attorney for the British soldiers who were prosecuted for the Boston Massacre.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}. Pk northside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 35 MINUTES; ORNETTE COLEMAN Playlist; began a J.R.E. with an English podcaster. 9am: Janny called and they will be here after their appointment with Dax at 10am.   Watched more of 'HIGH TIDES' (Netflix)- The Belgian soap opera of 'all the beautiful people'. 1045am- 1235pm: She met one of her students who was a girl who is now a man. We exchanged books & Joe recommended an 'oiler' that fits under the belt of a treadmill. Melissa is now '2nd in command' at the Illinois Parole Board...
