Up 7am: Cloudy with rain and random (heavy) thunderstorms through late this afternoon; temps to low 70's.

Borrowed 'HUM' and 'LORELEI' from Hoopla.

Watched 'Hum' (Hoopla). A chest appears in the woods and cannot be opened or moved. A cult of people who dress in purple deify the object. Then, the dead come back to life, but can't speak. A police trainee misses his sister, yet she's always with him. A strange movie and similar to the 'found footage' genre and with a little more work this one could have been really great. Filmed in New Harmony, Indiana and Harmonie State Park.

Watched 'THE FAREWELL' (Amazon Prime). 'Based on an actual lie'...A grandmother lives in urban China and her family who live in America knows that she's dying of cancer, but they feel it best not to tell her the deadly truth. They arrange a 'fake' family wedding so that the entire family can see Grandma in China one last time, yet still keep her condition a secret. "It's not the cancer that kills, it's the fear of the cancer that kills". 

Watched some Dr. Rhonda Patrick YouTube videos and a video of Robin Williams talking about mental health. 

135pm: PC is 'Off'.
245pm: On the treadmill...5 MILES AT 3.6 PACE...Another episode of '9/11' (Netflix), some YouTube with DR. RHONDA PATRICK,  and more TIM DILLION.

Rend 'TALK DIRTY AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE '/ napped. Skipped the last 2 miles and will hit PLANET FITNESS hard tomorrow. 

630pm: In the tub with BRUCE and listening to SONNY STITT.

Watched the second Netflix disc of 'JOHN ADAMS'.  Adventures in France and England.

I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
