Su 10/10/21

950am. 245pm. 940pm.

Up 810am: Sunny and breezy with temps to upper 80's.

***The second time in a week that around 5am a black teenager has walked down Westview yelling about picking cotton,  screaming racial slurs, and threatening people to come out and he'd "fuck them up". If it happens again, I should make a complaint on the non-emergency police number.

Last night I thought that I'd repaint part of the planter, but when I looked at it I decided it wasn't worth the effort. It looks good enough.

Watched 'I'M NOT THERE' (Xfinity). The use of several (famous!) actors of different genders, races, and ages provide a mind-bending and nearly psychedelic look at the Myth of Bob Dylan. The film might have made him even more important and relevant than he actually is. Obviously the music was great and to checkout who performed the songs in the credits was a real eye opener. Some of the musical artists include Calexico, The Monkees, Sonic Youth, Stephen Malkmus, Eddie Vedder, Richie Havens, John Doe, Tom Verlaine, Trini Lopez, Yo La Tengo, and The Stooges; with Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Heath Ledger, Richard Gere, Marcus Carl Franklin, Kris Kristofferson, Richie Havens, Julianne Moore, David Cross, Jim James (MY MORNING JACKET), Kim Gordon (SONIC YOUTH), dir. Todd Haynes.

115pm: PC is 'Off' and will read for a while. 2pm: The Weekly Cleaning255pm:  to Planet Fitness...45" Cross.  45" Treadmill.  30"Bike. 30" Treadmill.  30" Cross.  I watched the last two episodes of 'HOUSE OF SECRETS ' (NETFLIX) - It evolved into an interesting psychological autopsy of the family. The younger brother of the patriarch was behind it. More of a TIM DILLON podcast,  then more of BERT KREISCHER onJ.R.E. then began a 'HOW NEAL FEEL'.

ATM: $3.00 charge and I couldn't get $150- just one hundred or 2 hundred. Fuck Them! Went to the gas station on Durkin for an 18pk. of NATTY DADDY (8%).

7pm: In the tub with DELILLO and listening to CANNONBALL ADDERLEY, CATFISH AND THE BOTTLEMEN, and various podcasts.

Watched the last 45" of 'FINAL ACCOUNT' (Netflix) that I began watching last night.  More random encounters with contemporary elderly Germans who were Pro-Nazi during WWII and you get the feeling that they wouldn't change much if they had it to do all over again.
