940am. 1255pm. 855pm.
Up 740am: Mostly sunny with temps to low 70's.
I spent some time arranging my calendar for the Dr. Fenner appointments; 11am on Monday, November 1st and 2pm on Monday, January 3rd.
I also filed an online report at ReportFraud.ftc.gov at the Federal Trade Commission for the Medicare fraud call I got last week.

Watched 'THE OUTPOST' (Netflix). The film is set on an American outpost in Afghanistan in 2009. The Army post is deep in a valley and nearly impossible to defend, yet in the final battle many soldiers made it out. Because of this loss the Army shutdown all of their bases that were 'obviously undefendable'; with Scott Eastwood, Caleb Landry Jones, Orlando Bloom, and Milo Gibson (son of Mel Gibson). The film is based on the book 'THE OUTPOST: An Untold Story of American Valor' written by Jake Tapper.
1230pm: Preparing for an early afternoon walk. I had planned to stop at THE DOLLAR GENERAL for nite-lites, Frisky's, and more incense on the way home, but I'll get the stuff on Thursday when I visit Planet Fitness.
105pm: Parkview, Country Club, Outer Park, Park, Wash. Pk., Woodland, MacArthur, northside panhandle, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...2 HOURS...YO LA TENGO, TRAFFIC.
Read 'RABBIT REDUX ' on the couch and listened to early VAN MORRISON.
530pm: On the treadmill for 2 MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and listening to an Amazon Prime podcast about 'MOONDANCE.
In the tub with 'RABBIT REDUX 'and listening to THE BLACK CROWES, and various podcasts.
On a whim I changed the four albums on the wall in the dining area... Another 'Night and Dawn' move.
Watched 'INTRUSION' (Netflix). An insane architect and his naive wife live in Corrales, New Mexico (15 miles north of Albuquerque), and their new house comes with a sixteen year old girl that he's kidnapped and stashed in their basement. Crazy B-Movie, but kinda worth a look.
